In the beginning…
Tuesday, June 5th, 2007Last fall we had a ceramic project at work that featured really colorful tiles. Very vibrant and needless to say, when the time came for work to dump the excess (it wasn’t a whole lot), I jumped at the chance to take it home. It would be absolutely perfect for projects such as these from Clean Home Journal. I doubt I’ll be following their instructions to the T, but it was enlightening to read. I didn’t realize that I needed a nipping tool. I guess I don’t, but I had always wondered how people got the “broken” pieces to look so uniform and lovely. 
Hopefully after this whole moving thing is over, I can take a moment and work with the Terrors to create something handy for the grandparents, etc.
