It struck me as odd
Adam Brody and Dave Annable have extremely similar mannerisms and ways of speaking. I had to double check myself to ensure that I wasn’t going crazy and that they weren’t related. 
I wonder if there’s someone that is really similar to me where someone would wonder if we were sisters. At this point, my sisters and I are very much opposites when it comes to how we express ourselves.
