Shattered Sun

I’m a blog reader. I tend to forget to posts responses, but I definitely do a lot of reading. I guess that makes me a lurker, eh? Anyway, PayPerPost has a blog that has a little bit of everything in it and it’s one I’ve started following. Generally, I find that it’s a nice all around read, like most of the blogs I enjoy. I don’t usually go to the actual site, but that’s because I read it in Google Reader. If you’ve thought of joining PPP, read the blog because that’s where you’ll find updates on changes to policy and what not. Personally, I don’t really go for the contests that they put up there, but that’s really because I don’t have the time. And I’m not really a cool kid like Colleen, so it’s hard to compete, lol!

Forget posting something snazzy. I’m beat from a nice day celebrating my 28th birthday. Have a nice day!

I am the luckiest girl in the world, I think. J, his mom, and the Terrors got me a EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens for my birthday. They gave it to me tonight because they said I might want to practice with it before we go to the Luminarias. (No, we didn’t go on Sunday, we’re going on Thursday.) Anyway, I’m pretty thrilled. I really wanted a zoom. Now to get a macro lens, hehe…

I think I want something like this for my macro lens.

Is it just me or is Charlotte’s Web totally full in the talent department? And it looks fairly diverse, too. I can not wait to see that movie! Also on the list of movies I want to see in December but know that I’m not going to get to all of them:

I tend to surf the net on my phone while at lunch and today one of the sites I went to was Flickr. Imagine my surpise and delight in seeing the Flickr Mobile Site instead! I love it! It loads ten times quicker on my phone and navigating is so much easier now. I think I’ve gone to Photo Heaven. Well, at least at lunch time, hehe…
