I have finally given in
Yes, I now own World of Warcraft. It was a mere $17.99 and I just couldn’t pass up the chance to try it out to see if I would really like it. So far, I have a level 4 mage and well, after just about two hours of play, I’m rather enjoying it. I think I’m more comfortable in a fantasy game than a contemporary game like City of Heroes. I’m still enjoying Puzzle Pirates of course, so time will have to be split between the two. Sadly, I just can’t seem to continue with CoH. It’s not a bad game by any stretch, it’s just not the best fit for me. It’s pretty tough in this house not to like it though since J and the Terrors adore playing it.
Anyway, for those that I knew from Asheron’s Call days, what servers are you playing on and what are your names? I would love to meet up at some point and just hunt around. For old times sake, ya know?
Oh, and I’m part of the Alliance. I’m not certain if I really want to play a Horde character. That might be a bit too evil for me. We’ll just have to wait and see, I guess.

Is WoW fast-paced? How do you battle? Do you have to use the keyboard?
