Cleaning Spree!
Saturday, May 6th, 2006I’ve not posted because I’ve been cleaning out my house this weekend. Well, I started the process anyhow. It looks like a tornado hit my living room and my bedroom. The bedroom because my bedroom doubles as my storage room. Don’t ask me why. It shouldn’t, I know. But anyhow, the living room got hit because I needed more room to go through everything and decide what to keep, what to throw, and what to donate. Most of the items that need donating are clothes. I haven’t gotten that far, but I already know that’s the case. It’s going good though. I never realized how much junk I kept in my closet, etc until I started going through it all. I’ve been able to empty a lot of boxes and throw them out along with a bunch of items that are of no value to anyone other than me. I’ve also been shredding papers like mad. I’m sure identity theft isn’t a nice thing to go through so I figured I’d try to prevent it in the ways that I could.
Anyway, hopefully I can get at least the living room spic-n-spac by tomorrow because Carrie’s coming over. I’ll probably just close off my bedroom temporarily and leave it the way it is. I know, that’s not good but if I put everything away, I won’t be motivated to pull it all out again.
