Shattered Sun

It’s not as smooth as the store bought stuff, but it’s not that bad. I made some tonight because there was a gigantic amount of peanuts going bad in my kitchen. They weren’t there yet, but you can tell that they’ll soon be heading down that road. The peanut butter turned out really well, I think. We added some corn syrup to it to sweeten it up. I’d like to make some more and try adding honey to it. Sounds absolutely yummy!
