My ferrets are nuts
Saturday, March 4th, 2006Well, I’m sure they’re nuts 99% of the time but tonight they’ve been just plain odd. Roxy (the only female) is harassing Alpine. Just would not let up! It finally ended when I grabbed her and told her to stop and then removed Alpine from the cage to calm him down. I still have no idea what got into her. :/
I think it’s a lot like human behaviour. Sometimes, you just have to snap out at everyone for no good reason. Just to do it. To feel the feelings. It’s like when I find myself arguing or nitpicking and I want to stop but I can’t. I don’t know why I can’t, but it’s like I can see myself from a different viewpoint and not press the stop button. And worse, I don’t feel good either. I almost always wish I could undo what I had just done.
