So I want a PDA type thing
Wednesday, February 15th, 2006A few weeks back my phone was stolen. This really isn’t as big of a deal as it sounds except that I’m paying for something I’m really not using, which sucks. Anyway, in light of the fact that I wanted to upgrade to a PDA, I thought I’d start researching before buying my replacement phone. (Before you ask, yes I have the old phone on insurance, but I figure that if I have to go through more paperwork to get a phone that’s cool but slightly irritating, it’s just not worth it.)
So I’ve narrowed down my choices to either the lovely Palm Treo 650 or the UTStarcom PPC6700. Alltel users are pretty evenly split with both PDAs getting about 4 out of 5 stars. Anyone had any particular experience with either of these or heard any opinions on them? I’m boggling my mind with all the research I’m doing. 
I’d really like to get rid of my planner. I’m just not a Carry Planner Around Under Arm type girl. But I do like everything you get in a planner. It’s very nice and organized. It’s just killing me to have yet another thing to carry that’s bulky and unwieldy.
