A sick day!
And you’d think it would’ve been nice. And it sort of was. Except it was supposed to be for a surgery for Zackery. Yep, another ear surgery. Of course, that was a go until he woke up this morning around 2 am vomiting. After I clean him up and all he gets into bed with us and he was definitely running a temperature. Come 5 am when we had to get up to get ready for the 7 am surgery, he’s running near 101 and can’t keep anything in him. Long story short, surgery is moved to November 29th now. Which isn’t a bad thing, but it’s definitely not a good thing either. And he was sick all day long! No food really stayed in til this evening and he was up to 103 at one point. It’s down now, thankfully. I even think he might be able to go to school tomorrow. I just can’t believe our luck that he’d get sick the one day he needed to be well. What are the odds!? Anyway, I’m heading to bed. That’s where he is and I better sleep in case something happens and he starts getting worse in the night. Keep your fingers crossed!

Oh Denise… why didn’t you call and tell us he was going back in!?
Poor guy. I am sorry he is so sick. Darren had a terrible fever Sunday and Monday. I think he is feeling better. Of course now Joey has Montazumas revenge! 
Did the boys go ToTing?? Joey asked me about Zacky just yesterday.

Kids of his age shouldn’t have to go through major surgeries… poor kid.
