Wednesday, October 12th, 2005Any one who is or has been married knows that this wonderful article about marriage (written from a guy’s perspective) is as close to the truth as you get. It really isn’t a melding of minds into one, as you’re led to believe. There are not 24-7 displays of mushy gushy lovey stuff. The stuff that means the most is the little things, like remembering your spouse’s drink of choice or telling people how great s/he is at his/her job or being a dad/mom or doing whatever s/he does in his/her spare time. That, my friends, is love. So, for those that follow the hollywood rules of marriage, you might want to reconsider. Marriage is rough and tumble, but definitely worth it.
