Shattered Sun

Isn’t it interesting how you’ll see many movie stars flipping to the small screen this fall. So far, and I haven’t really been looking, I found Carla Gugino, Geena Davis, Donald Sutherland, Alyson Hannigan, Keifer Sutherland (obviously), Charlie Sheen (obviously), Jennifer Love Hewitt, Freddie Prinz Jr., William Shatner, Denise Richards, Chris Rock (sorta), and more I haven’t found yet…

Well, I think this has been allergies. I don’t know. All I know is that I spent the weekend mostly in bed and when I was awake I was downing water and Sudafed Sinus Headache. That stuff is awesome but it makes me so sleepy. This was also the one weekend I had stuff planned to do but obviously didn’t do because I was sneezing and coughing and generally not someone anyone would want to be around. I bet y’all can feel for my family, eh? I’m feeling a little better today, but not by a whole lot. I think I’ll definitely be downing more pills today. Ick. And it’s payroll day. Ick. Y’all have a good day, I’m going to finish getting ready for work.

I don’t think he’s particularly thrilled with the whole working thing but he is pretty happy with the prospect of the job. I mean, it’s the things he’ll be able to do that he’s looking forward to. Of course, we have to figure out how to make our schedules work with the Terrors’ school schedule, but that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. The Terrors’ school starts at 8:30 and both of us have to be at work before then. We might have to get a car after all just to be able to take them to the only daycare in the area that offers morning care with a ride to the school. I’m hoping maybe the school will have a solution but I don’t know how much they can help with information. We’ll see, I guess. What else can we do, eh?

It seems that I’ve watched an amazing amount of TV recently while working on craft projects. I think I’ve seen about six movies that I’ve wanted to see over the weekend. Tonight I watched a ton of Discovery channel. That’s always nice because the Terrors get in on the fun. They have a lot of fun making comments just like the rest of us. Now, if we just threw Rachel in here, we’d have a full house of commentary! Oddly, the Terrors don’t enjoy Le Pete or fine fattening food. Okay, back to the beading salt mine that is my life currently.

I know, I know. I’m late on the bandwagon. But man, I love iTunes. Because really, who wants to deal with CDs anymore? They’re over-rated unless you love the entire album. And, because you can buy albums via iTunes, you get a killer rate. So, I’m going to listen to my downloads and continue beading. There’s a wedding reception thingy going on this coming weekend, so I need to be done with this project before then. Love you all!
