I bet you have lots of energy in the mornings. I read in a pamphlet once about increasing your daily energy. It said to end your shower with cold water, as it kicks your adrenaline into a "fight or flee" mode, and makes you feel a burst of energy for a little bit. Seriously though, I know cold showers are no fun at all, and I hope it gets fixed soon.<br /><div class="me">I've heard that before, too. It's also supposed to be good for your hair to rinse it in cold water. And your skin. Closes off the pores and such. I never feel like freezing enough to actually test the theories though! I'm guessing that you'd have to try it for at least a copy of days before you started seeing any real difference. Well, at least on the physical side. The energy thing might work the first day.
