Following my current trend for open source projects, I’m now using Miranda IM. It’s basically Trillian but much much smaller. I love this thing developers have for not wasting space. Because I really don’t need eight million gizmos and gadgets. I just need something simple to connect to everything at once. Simple is good. Remember that.

So, in further research, it appears that AoHell doesn’t like Spam Karma. This is bad because it caused my comments to appear closed to visitors using the AoHell browser. So, if you use the AoHell browser, I suggest you try with Internet Explorer or better yet, download Firefox since it’s a Web Standards based browser. Why use a Web Standards based browser? Because you’ll see the internet the way designers mean you to see it. If you want to know why AoHell hates Spam Karma, read on.

Well, I’d like to think so anyway. It seems that everyone has that big dream. You know, the one where you want to be famous and known for what you love. When do we give up on that dream? When do we decide that it’s better to make money and that’s okay? We all have to survive but why is it that it seems to come with so many strings attached. You can fight your dreams or live them. It rarely seems to work out the way we hope.

We play board games with the terrors. Today we played Disney Trivia Pursuit. That’s a fun game! I kicked butt. I usually don’t, lol. I think I need the kid cards, but they always stick me with the adult cards. We help Zack out because he’s got a really rough time with the questions. It’s tough being a six year old and competing with two adults and a 9 year old. And man, we have got to work on Sam’s winning skills. Whenever he knows an answer, he just yells it out. Well, now he waits til the person doesn’t get it, but it still makes him out to be a sore winner. It’s just one of those things though. I think he’ll outgrow it. Well, at least I hope he does.
I think we might need to buy some more games though. I’m getting mighty tired of the ones we have on hand. And while it’s not a board game, I love the Scene It! dvd game. That looks like a riot!
