Wednesday, November 10th, 2004There’s this prick who keeps spamming my site. Instead of shutting comments off completely, I’ve instituted the lovely graphic security system that you’ve seen elsewhere. It’s simple and doesn’t take a lot of brains to work. I figure that if he’s using a program, he’ll be blocked. If he isn’t, I’m hoping that the IP banning I put in place does the job. If that doesn’t work, I’ve also banned usage of key words that he likes to put in his comments. Either this stuff works or I turn comment moderation on. And I really hate moderating comments. 
If anyone has any further suggestions for keeping the losers of the internet at bay, I’m all ears.
