The Databases are Happy now!
Sunday, November 7th, 2004Okay, I moved the old posts to the new host. Figured out how to renamed database tables and get everyone talking and happy again. While interesting and definitely a learning experience, it wasn’t something I was in the mood for. But it’s done and next time I need to help someone move databases and make them work, I’ll know how. I also started using Coppermine for my photo gallery. I got tired of looking for a blog software to do what I wanted. And found Coppermine via my host and just love it. 
I think it has everything I’ve ever been looking for in a gallery package. Easy to operate, too. Very idiot friendly.
Anyway, not everything is in it’s place cosmetically, but it’s functionally working, and I suppose that’s something I should be happy with. Now to get the site looking more like Cinderella instead of one of the Ugly Step Sisters.
