Thursday, September 2nd, 2004So, I was “reassigned” from that job I was hired for. Her reasoning for not wanting me? I chatted too much with my coworkers who also chat too much. Oh, and she overheard me say “Well, that’s just dumb.” She has no idea what I was talking about but decided that I must have been talking about her company policies. Dork. Like I’m stupid enough to say that. Even if I thought it, I wouldn’t say it. I was talking about something the builders do, but that has no reflection on her company. It was a very odd reason to be let go.
The up shot is that I have another job lined up to start on Tuesday, so I’m not out any paychecks. I would love to stop being temp, but at least it pays the bills, ya know?
