Here we go again
Thursday, August 26th, 2004So, I have this job interview at 1pm today. I’m looking forward to it but also not looking forward to it! The job sounds wonderful, that’s for sure. And I have this kick-ass letter of recommendation from Take One. I even redid my resume and it does look spiffy, if I do say so myself. Hopefully I have this in the bag, but there’s always that doubt. I’m not worried about finding a job. I’m just worried that good jobs like this one won’t want me. It’s just weird, I know. 
I think what I hate the worse is that there’s only one chance to make that first impression and if you don’t nail it, you’re screwed. It’s kind of a cheap way to be, since first impressions can be highly misleading, but that’s how the working world is. Oh well, guess I better scoot and make sure that everything is in it’s place before I get ready to go to this. I’ll keep y’all posted when I’m done this afternoon. Who knows, maybe I’ll start work tomorrow! :taped:
