I love baby things. I especially love doing cross stitch projects for them! I finished this lovely cross stitch for my friend Jen. I think it’s beautiful! Of course, I would, since I did it, eh? Enjoy!

Wow, I finally found the name of a book that I’d been trying to find for soooo long. It’s “The Silver Crown”. How’d I find it, you ask? (Okay, you didn’t ask, but I’m going to tell you anyhow.) I found it via Lost Books. It’s a wonderful site! I think when I find more time :lol:, I’ll go through it some more. Read what they said about two of my fave books.

So, I have this job interview at 1pm today. I’m looking forward to it but also not looking forward to it! The job sounds wonderful, that’s for sure. And I have this kick-ass letter of recommendation from Take One. I even redid my resume and it does look spiffy, if I do say so myself. Hopefully I have this in the bag, but there’s always that doubt. I’m not worried about finding a job. I’m just worried that good jobs like this one won’t want me. It’s just weird, I know. I think what I hate the worse is that there’s only one chance to make that first impression and if you don’t nail it, you’re screwed. It’s kind of a cheap way to be, since first impressions can be highly misleading, but that’s how the working world is. Oh well, guess I better scoot and make sure that everything is in it’s place before I get ready to go to this. I’ll keep y’all posted when I’m done this afternoon. Who knows, maybe I’ll start work tomorrow! :taped:

Yep, that’s me! Really, I don’t mean to be. I just can’t find the time to get everything done that I’d like to get done. Call it the typical slacker complaint. Y’all know that you love me and really, I’m quite boring. I still enjoy the same things and still do mostly the same things. And my children still rule my life (not that I tell them that to their faces!) As for the people that I haven’t responded to in email… I’m getting there, I promise! It’s on the endless to-do list, lol!
