Salad with Lemon Juice

Have you ever tried that? I know it sounds a bit crazy. Well, I guess it is, since Doctors always tell us to try that instead of all the fattening dressings out there. But I never tried it till today. I happened to have some nice lemon juice because I made some salmon for myself on Friday. So I made a salad this morning and dumped lemon juice all over it. It’s very crispy now. It’s kind of a weird taste, but enjoyable none the less. Of course, you’re talking to a gal who drinks tea with Splenda and buy the new juices that are made with Splenda. That stuff rocks butt! Thank you Darren and Rachel for showing me the light! Y’all are the bestest! (When are we going to Costco so that I can buy the HUGE package of Splenda?) :yummy::b-yummy:

    Splenda? Yech. Hmm…ok I’m off the diet already.

    I love my Splenda! They just recently started offering this half and half mixture of Splenda/Sugar for baking. Maybe it wouldn’t be too bad for every day use though. I haven’t tried it out on my terrors yet but I’ll let you know. :)
