I’m carb friendly!

This just cracks me up! With all the talk of extreme low carb diets (which I don’t follow), there’s a site that’s selling Carbohydrate friendly shirts and what not. I just love how it’s gone to such an extent! Personally, I’ve been losing weight on a simple little diet that I can stick with. It’s called my “eat carbs if I want, but keep them low along with low fat and calories” diet. Oh, and I exercise. So I basically get to each what I want if I really want it and I try to watch what I eat otherwise. It’s all about making wise choices, eh? I’ve lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks following this diet! I tell you, it’s the bomb!

    I’ve seen the low-carb diet do amazing things, but yea, just using common sense will take you just as far. It’s a simple energy-in, energy-out equation for success.

    For anybody who is addicted to sugary sodas (like I was up until about two years ago) It’s I’ve found that Diet Dr. Pepper, Diet Cherry Coke and Minute Maid Light Lemonade taste almost the same as the real thing.. you won’t know the difference after a week.

    I know they aren’t as good for ya as water… but this is a lot easier than cutting out soft drinks altogether…. that would be REALLY difficult! And after all, these are big improvement over the sugared versions.

    Our car wash here in town offers car washes with no carbs. I guess it’s so that our cars won’t get all big and fat… :bounce:

    LOL! I think that I’d probably avoid that car wash, because you know that some ditzy person is going to go their because they’re on the low carb diet! ;)
