Almost a week!?

:shock: What’s this world coming to? It’s been almost a week since I posted. I know, it’s a horrible thing. I meant to post last night, but got caught up in working on someone’s site and didn’t get to it. Likely story, I know. ;) Anyway, I did go to the doc on Friday of last week and get some antibiotics. I have Sinusitis again. One more case of it before November and I’ll be getting xrays done. I’m not real thrilled with that. To help prevent that I’ve started taking Clarinex. Of course, my insurance doesn’t cover it so I’m paying for it out of pocket. It’s not bad but I can think of other things I’d rather spend $70 on in a month. :cry:

    Why Clarinex and not Claritin? They are essentially the same thing (2x’s the strength and 1/2 the dose!)? I’d ask my Dr. about it if I were you! Or I can give you my Dr’s Name… That just sounds odd…

    I’m going to go back to my Zyrtec and pay out of pocket for it. It works and I like it, so that’s fine by me.

    Why don’t you try ordering your med from Canada? I heard it’s the same…

    I thought you weren’t supposed to do that because you can’t import them legally over the border?

    No, I think you can order from Canada legally. It’s just that FDA doesn’t “like” such activities.
