Yes, yes, Upgrading to Wordpress 1.2 was a breeze… Except that the new plugin system broke some of my hacks, lol. And some of the authors forget to mention that you have to delete lines from your my-hacks file if you have it still active. And… I could go on, but seriously, it was a breeze. If you haven’t hacked too much at your Wordpress you’ll find it to be nothing but a minute to do.

That’s what I need! I’m procrasinating again about the website stuff. Shocking, eh? Anyway, I have been thinking that I want a portal page set up and that it should be password protected. Not because I don’t want people to see what I link to but because I’d like to keep some of the information that I want on it to myself. It’ll be a lot of links, which is why I’m having a bit of a tough time getting it together. Can’t decide what I really need on it. I don’t want it to be a collection of randomness that’s so messy I won’t want to go to it. If that makes sense, lol.

I’d also like a calendar set up on it so that I could access the calendar from both work and home. I hate having to carry a million things around to keep track of dates and times. Work has lots of people in and out of the office due to traveling and their schedules can get very confusing. Combine that with the children and Jason’s schedule and life is just too hectic, lol. I’d also like to develop my own little reminder service. I don’t mind the ones you can do on the net, but I don’t really enjoy getting junk mail/ads from them. It’s one of those things though. They have to pay for it somehow. :yes:

Anyway, I’m going to go install Wordpress 1.2 on this site and who knows what sites. I think there are at least four sites that have an older version of WP that need upgrading. :t-up:

Okay, so the cute little cross stitch I gave Rachel didn’t say that, but I didn’t have a chance to take pictures of it. Maybe she will and send them to me. hint Right now I’m working on a shell one that is really pretty, too. And I got one for my brother’s wedding, so I’m really happy about that! It’s not too girly, either. And on Friday I need to grab two baby ones and finish one asap for Jennifer since she’s due in less than a month. I know, I know, I procrasinated! :snail: Anyway, when I get photos, I’ll put them up, but damn, I’m proud of myself. I’m actually getting projects completed! :hyper::b-lol: Okay, off to read websites before work. Y’all have a happy Tuesday!
