Shattered Sun

Yep, it’s got the new image for Blogtimes and I have updated everyone’s email addresses so that all comments by a single author are now matching together. The script for that is slightly odd, in that it is case sensitive though I don’t know of a system where email addresses are case sensitive. Anyhow, everyone is showing correct numbers now, which rocks.

…That you could come here every day and see something new, something happens and it all goes to hell! Here’s what’s been keeping me not only away from journaling but also away from the computer completely:

Thursday

• Zack wakes up with major drainage from his left ear. Uh oh, time for the doctor again. We go there and (shock shock) he has another ear infection. They prescribe stronger meds, more drops, and if it’s not better in 2 weeks, he’s heading to a specialist. Fun for him and me! Yeah! (Maybe not, lol.)
• I also finished off a few designs for people and started writing the bullshit that I have to write for digitally twisted. I hate writing that stuff.

Friday

• Deal with Zacky and his love of water. That takes most of my time, lol. Have you ever kept a kid out of water?
• I also worked on designs, called and squared away Jason’s college for this semester, and set it up so that Jason and I could go out for the night and have some fun.
• That only sorta worked as someone backed out on Brad, so I spent the night helping him do brackets for the bowling tourney.

Saturday

• Somehow, Brad talked me into going to bed the previous night at 2 am and still getting up at 7 am to go help him again!
• I finally get home around 8 pm and prompty fall asleep. I got up again at midnight, finished a design, died once in AC, and then went back to sleep at 2:30.

And now it’s Sunday and I’m finally able to breathe and write in my journal and spend the day cleaning the house, doing laundry, and working on my business site. I decided that I really have to get that done. It was a nice couple of days, but I’m very grateful to be home. Of course, I’m not thrilled that I have to do chores today, but such is life, eh?
