Owie, that hurt!

Where have I been lately? Well, mainly, I’ve been playing games that don’t require me to read small print. So no entries or coding for me. Why? Because I guess I wasn’t putting enough eye drops in my eyes and on Wednesday, my right contact got “stuck” under my eyelid. It hurt like hell! Feels a ton better today except for some headaches that I assume are either from the whole contact fiasco or from the hellish weather we’ve been getting recently. We got our first high temp over 90 this week! How wrong is that!? Anyway, I digress, lol. I’m doing much better now, and no, I’m not giving up on the contacts. I think it’s all a unique learning experience.

    Owie - makes me glad I never switched to wearing contacts. Glad you’re feeling better (and send the warm weather this way - it’s 24 degrees here! :beam:).

    Wow your weather got to 90 and one day here this week it was 90 close to 100, then the next day it went down to about 75, we are in Autumn here now so i starting to feel sorry for you guys and the heat you will have, but this year it wasent to bad in summer, we rarely got to 110 which we get at least for about 10 days.
    Grats on wearing the contacts, i dont know if i could ever do it, but you are very brave and im sure when they start to work for you with no problem you will have almost forgotten the pain you had with them.. :cool: One thing where are the pics….:curtain:

    Y’all want pics of my contacts? *giggle* Because you’ll find no pics of me on this site with my glasses on. Well, maybe my sunglasses, but that doesn’t count, lol. :) I’ll take some new pics later for sure. :)

    Wow…that is warm, for once I can’t beat you with a warmer temperature, the highest it got here in San Antonio was in the 80s

    Yikes… eyeglasses make people look studious, you know. Heh. :)

    LOL, maybe so, but I never like my photos with glasses on. I always take them off.

    heh, cute site.. its only like 80 something degrees here in hawaii… haha well keep up the great work. btw how’d you get the weather on ur site? can you give me the scrip? hehe well byee

    It’s the weather plugin for MT from Ashley. I think it’s unaccessable at the moment and you’re using GreyMatter, right? I am sure there’s one out there for GM, I’ll have to look into it. :)
