What caught my attention
I try to read the news every day. You just never know what you’ll see. So far today, what I’ve been reading has been just gnawing at me. Like, why is it that living in a polygamist household isn’t grounds to remove a child from the home? And why is it that we return the teen who runs away saying she’s been abused. What, she gets no protection unless she’s been sexually abused, promised to marry, or visibly beat? Hello! She ran away when she could, not when she was bruised and battered. Get a clue Utah/Arizona.
And exactly how real does a gun made of toilet paper, tape and black ink look?
Who knew that windshield wiper malfunctions could be so deadly? I didn’t even hear about the two accidents that this caused, but the recall caught my attention. 600k SUVs have to be checked out. That’s a hellava lot of trucks! I love Outkast and they won 3 grammies last night. Does anyone else think the whole five minute delay because of Janet’s breast is a little much? It was a breast. All women have them. Hell, some men have them. Give it a rest America.
And how can I leave out politics? What started in Arizona last week has come to a shocking 10 wins so far. I have been watching Kerry but I honestly never expected him to do so well! I might have to vote him for President if he gets that far. I’m a Bush fan, but I’ve got some issues with his presidency. Needless to say that I would vote for Bush again, but he ran Texas a lot better than he’s running America. Just my opinion, of course.

I honestly did not watch much of the grammys. I tried but it just did not entertain me. I didn’t care for 99.9% of the folks who sang or were awarded.
