Shattered Sun

Or maybe not, lol. But I’ve been busy at it recently and am quite happy with the results. The timing is a little off because right when I get into the groove of designing, life throws me a few curves. First is dearest Zacky who has been blessed with a nifty set of congested lungs and yet another ear infection in his left ear. Showers and baths and anything else remoting bringing water near his ears have to be watched carefully to insure that no water goes into the ears. How does that work with the shower? Easy, cotton ball. Who knew?

It also means no swimming lessons as planned unless I can find some plugs that he can hear through and still get no water in his ears. Zacky loves water, so this is not going to be very much fun. I feel bad for my mom, though. She takes them in the summer and that is of course the times that they play in the water the most. In other news, as Carrie’s bestest friend I get to help do wedding research. Yeh! I actually am looking forward to it, though I won’t get to go help with the site picking and all. Her future hubby just wants them two to do it. Unless he decides (like he always does) that his sister, best friend, and best friend’s wife should go. So, it’s Donnie’s wedding really. Interesting since usually it’s the gals who are in contro of the weddings, not the other way around. I’m just glad I get to help somehow.

I think I’ll head to bed now. I’m dead tired from the day. I’ll be around bright and early in the morning, as I have a design for Damon that needs finishing. Once I figure out the comments, I think it’ll be done. Oh, and I guess I should get the actual template, since it’s a blog and I’m working with outputted html already.
