Shattered Sun

At the urging of numerous friends and family, I have decided to restart my design company. It’s going under a different name (digitally twisted) and I will be happily delegating work out when it comes to that point again. I’m not sure how pushy I’ll be with advertising this time. Last time was great but hard to keep up with the demand of being a one person show. To be honest, I’d like to expand it beyond just business stuff. So, I’m going to put the tips and tricks I’ve used with MT to produce what I’ve done, some templates and graphics, that sort of thing. I’m even going to ask my mother if she wouldn’t mind donating some of her amazing photography with the promise of a credit link in the designs. (more…)

That’s what I’ve dubbed my bedroom because there is always someone sleeping in it. Sometimes more than one someones, lol. During the night time you can find two humans and at least one cat in there. And through out the daytime hours you’re more likely to find two cats and a pup in there. You have to look closely though because only two actually sleep on the bed. One of the cats sleeps in my closet. Good thing I don’t make my bed up, though. Because if I did, the pup and cat would wreck it during the day. They sorta bury themselves in the comforter.

This ends your random Denise moment for the day.

Okay, not really, but if anyone would like to come over today and do all of Zacky’s bedsheets and stuff, that would rock my world! I slept too much yesterday and finally got to bed tonight around 12:30. About 1:15 Sam comes into my room and wakes me up. He’s so sweet about it because he’s apologizing about having to do it. Anyhow, seems Zacky threw up in bed and woke up Sam because he didn’t want to wake me up. Poor kids! I’m glad that Sam decided to wake me up. (more…)

Days like today make me long for days like yesterday. Yesterday Zacky had a super day. Everything was as perfect as it gets and he was happy as a clam. Today was the complete opposite. Anything that could go wrong for him, did. Wild mood swings. The wrong foods. He even played the “Let’s Push Everyone’s Buttons” game. And man, did he ever push! After fighting with him all day (and not losing my patience, shocker!) I finally put him to bed at 8 pm. And then fought with him for over an hour to keep him there. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I think I’m going to go to bed myself because this day has been way too long as is. :sleep: Hope everyone else had a better Wednesday!

Btw, I did manage an hour of peace today and put up a new theme/skin. I think my family and friends will particular like it. If that skin or any has something you think should be changed or doesn’t look right, send me an email.

…and I just had to do it when I saw it. In the end I found out that 40.476190476190474% nerd blood flows through my veins. Not nearly as nerdy as I was hoping for.
