Two Year Olds in Court
Saturday, December 27th, 2003I was reading the news and came across this article about a mother who is suing a city on the behalf of her 2 year old for lost wages and such. Her reasoning is that the safety rails shouldn’t be green because they blend in. The kid is 2 for crying out loud! Scrapes and bruises are going to happen and I really can’t believe that anyone would sue for such a silly thing. Sure, he got stitches, but at 2, I’m guessing he could do a career change without a problem. 
Sometimes, I think humans are just getting more brain dead as we go.
