I don’t know whether to be applauding or booing my terrors’ school district. They recently installed face scanning cameras at the middle school that his school feeds into. This is interesting in that they believe it might stop sexual offenders from having access to the school and such, but I have to wonder how much good it will really do. Is there a high rate of crime happening on campuses now that this is necessary? I support Arpaio in most of his efforts, especially the chain gang exploits. And the fact that he places tons of restrictions on the prisoners in the jails. He truly makes sure that they realize that they aren’t living in a resort, but are serving time for a crime. Anyway, that’s off topic. Needless to say, I’ll be following this closely. I hate though for unproven equipment scanning faces on a school literally across the playground from my terrors’ school. I’m just not certain that it’s worth the money, time or media attention. Arpaio and the school district better hope it works or there are going to be some angry parents out there.

1. Do you enjoy the cold weather and snow for the holidays? We don’t really have cold weather here and definitely don’t get snow, so I’m not sure how it applies to me, lol! But I do enjoy the cooler weather for the holidays. I couldn’t imagine living in some place like Australia where it’s summer at Christmas. The Santas there must roast!

2. What is your ideal holiday celebration? How, where, with whom would you celebrate to make things perfect? In my ideal world, I would get to spend the holidays celebrating with my close family and friends. For it to be perfect though, I’d have to drag many many people from many different states and we’d have to go someplace that had snow. Why? Snowball fight! I think the holidays are best celebrated with joy and love. (more…)
