1. Did you enjoy Homecoming when you were a teenager or in college? Why or why not? I have never done homecoming for college but I loved Homecoming week in High School. It was always so much fun and school spirit was always high, even if the football team sucked, lol. To be fair, my class in high school (Wills Point) had a record breaking LOW amount of school spirit. Our senior year we got the spirit 3 times, but only because those 3 times were always given to the seniors. The only year that I didn’t enjoy homecoming was my senior year because I spent it getting my wisdom teeth removed.

2. What sort of activities did your class or school offer during Homecoming week? Which ones did you participate in? Why? I went to 9 high schools, so I got to see a variety of stunts. Among them were, crushing the car, graveyard of other teams football players, cheerleading duals, fun days (costumes, silly hats, silly socks, etc), face painting, and the ever lovely Torture-Your-Favorite-Freshman. I tried to participate in most of them, because any excuse to be silly was good enough for me! (more…)

1. Do you watch sports? If so, which ones? I am a big fan of sports! I watch the girly ones (ice skating, ice dancing, & gymnastics), obscure ones (curling), manly ones (football & baesball), and even the ones that seemingly everyone loves (soccer, skiing, & other random Olympic ones that I won’t bore you with listing!)

2. What/who are your favorite sports teams and/or favorite athletes? Sports Teams ~ Miami Dolphins & Arizona Diamondbacks get special attention. Typically I’ll choose a team if I’m watching a game, but other than those two, I don’t make an effort to keep up to date on stats and scores. (more…)

Wow! I found that I had issues using php in subdirectories (don’t ask me why) and then I couldn’t get SSI to work right, so I thought I would never be able to include my latest photos on this site. And then I discovered David Raynes’ MT OtherBlog plugin without even looking for it. So, now, you get to see the latest 2 photos and can click on them to visit the larger versions and navigate through my other photos. How nifty is that?

And Alex, now you can’t tell me that you never know when my photos are updated.
