When I was 15

…I weighed 100 pounds. That’s right. I was tiny. Being short, it doesn’t seem that small like the models, so it’s not like I looked absolutely fabulous or anything silly like that. But I felt good and it felt good. Anyway, back to this year. It’s been rough. Lots of emotional turmoil (which adds poundage for me), physical problems (no exercise, wth?), and just plain life has gotten me some extra pouds that I’d love to lose. So, in June, after my surgery, I started doing little changes. Nothing big, but one thing at a time, so that I could get used to them and continue them. Some of them didn’t stick well the first time. But now, after pushing myself, they stick pretty well. I’m drinking diet soda, more water (thank you Alex), tons less fast food (no thanks to my friends who still eat it, lol), and have been slowly cutting out the sweets. The sweets are the worse since I bake and all. And as for exercise. I think that the doctors can go to hell about me not exercising. I have to do it. It’s the sit-on-my-ass routine that they want me to stick to that has really caused me to gain weight. I don’t like it. So I’m changing it. I missed being active anyhow. So that’s that. Want to know my weight right this instant? 166 pounds. Been stuck there since July. My goal? To weigh 100 pounds again. So, it starts. Let’s see where it goes from here.

Weighing 100 pounds when you where 15, i can believe that, but then lets see what you have done since you were 15, had two children!!!. Its good that you want to loose some weight for yourself, but please dont get angry with yourself if you dont make it back to 100 pounds, i always think for every child you have you will keep on at least 10 pounds (ok i know thats not right) so 120 pounds sounds good to me, dont punish yourself if you dont make the 100 mark

Ya know D, out of all yer pals I think Trish gives the best advice. 10lbs per child is reasonable,,, unless you have 7 kids LOL! Perhaps 10lbs per child up to 3 kids would be feasible. I weigh 100lbs more than i did when I was 15. that was 147…..oh, and Denise,,, if you do decide to spank yourself,,, can I watch?!!! Paaahhhlease!!!! Bad (smack) Bad (smack) Denise! LOL! I can hear you sayin it now… “yer so bad!”
