Homemade Chicken Soup
Can you say Yummy?
I started this yesterday, cooking a whole chicken til it fell apart. Then I let it cool and started pulling the meat out of the icky stuff (bones, etc) and set it aside. After that, I strained the broth then added all the good stuff. Ya know, the chicken, onions, carrots, celery and eventually, noodles. Yummy, yummy, yummy…

You forgot the meatballs, you can’t forget the meatballs!!! Sounds disgusting, I know…but that’s the way my Mom-in-law makes it, and you cannot beat it!!

Yeah, if your mom in law is italian, thats how we do it,,, we also put in escarole and simmer for 1 hour or so if you like you may add pastini, which is smaller than rice,its a pasta. Try it,,, its so delicious…
