Shattered Sun

I have met some interesting people recently. There’s this one gentleman who I have admired from afar who’s shown more of an interest in me recently. We’ve started talking more on the phone and enjoying the conversations. He’s very handsome and sweet. And more importantly, he’s mature in a respect that is completely different from my age group. I guess that’s why I gravitate towards older guys (limit being 35). What’s so intriguing about this guy is that we have a lot in common and he seems to know me rather well. He listens to me, too. And he’s a cutie who’s nice enough to want to take the time to help people. You don’t meet many guys who are out there to help out in the world. Most are interested in me me me instead of anyone else. I think I’m blessed to have him in my life, even if we only stay friends.

I’ve thought of leaving the clan that I’m in AC. It’s so political at this point and I’m having a hard time with being out of the loop. It’s interesting how much they effect the game and they do more than I ever thought possible. I was in a leadership position, had one incident and promptly resigned. Normally, I would expect a different approach to it, but it was handled very well, even if not the way I would have done it. What bothers me more is the current under currents that are being felt. I want to pretend that nothing is going on, but I feel vibes or something. I’m probably making something out of nothing. I mean, I’m probably just being overly sensitive to all this stuff. So much has been happening in game. I decided to do something that I have never done before with a toon, create a Lore based character. That means she’ll only do arcane lore items for her life prots and critter buffs. I am not sure if this is a good idea, but it is good experiance, I think. I have 2 characters that I play who are spell based. Dalani, obviously, since she is a mage and Simplicity, who is a 3 school archer. The other thing different about Verde is that she’s going to do Thrown Weapons, which I have never attempted in the game, but sounds very interesting. I just don’t know how it’ll go, but it’s definitely going to be different. I just hope that it’s fun. It’s the need of lore versus spells that bothers me. I just don’t know. Guess we’ll see soon.

And as of yesterday’s game, we have reached the wonderful .500. I know, it’s been a wild ride but it’s nice to finally be breaking even again. And it only took us 71 games to reach it this time.
