Friday Five

  1. How many times have you truly been in love? Three times. And I don’t believe that you are destined to be with the one that you’re in love with forever. My three happen to be some of my closest friends right now. They used to be more, but it just didn’t work out. Love is not everything.

  2. What was/is so great about the person you love(d) the most? He was always honest with me. And even if I didn’t agree with his opinion, he never hesitated to give it to me. And he always loves me, even if he can’t stand me. ;)

  3. What qualities should a significant other have? I’m aiming for someone honest, upfront, caring, not too pushy, and willing to give me room to be me. That’s a big deal, I think. People tend to forget that even though you’re a couple, it’s good to have space. I used to have these really strict standards for guys I dated, but I’m thinking more about what’s really important to me and not all the little bitty issues that I had before.

  4. Have you ever broken someone’s heart? Yes, more than once. I regret it, too. And my friends all know that I’m not someone who usually regrets things, but…

  5. If there was one thing you could teach people about love, what would it be? Sometimes, love is just not enough.
