Happy New Year

Wednesday, December 31st, 2003

T-minus 21 minutes til the new year here in Arizona. For my mates in Australia, it’s already 2004 by many hours, but you know how us Americans are. It’s all about us! LOL! Anyway, I can’t help but say good riddance to 2003. I’ve had better years. So have most people I know, lol. But 2004 is shaping up pretty nicely for what I can see. So, this year, here’s my list of wishes for all of you. Heck, I wish them for myself, too! :grin2:

May all of you be blessed with more love than you can possibly contain to yourself so that you’re forced to give away as much love as you can. May you all find that person who thinks you’re the sexiest thing that walked the face of the planet. If you already have that person, may the new year only prove how wonderful they are! Hopefully your highs are way up there and your lows are barely low. And may more happiness visit you than sadness. Above all, I hope that each and every one of you looks forward to the future and finds contentness above all else.

And to end the seriousness, here’s what I’m hoping to do this coming year:

1. Read more books, both with and without my children.
2. Help in every way I can to get the Lady Liberty reopened.
3. Sleep more.
4. Laugh more.
5. Worry less.
6. Find one good cause that I want to support, and support it as much as possible.
7. Further my design skills.
8. Explore my artistic side.
9. Look outward more than inward.
10. Celebrate as much as possible!

Jason E: my tits hurt already

Out of context, that’s hilarious to me! It might be the fact that it’s 2:30 in the morning, I’m not really sure. But a guy telling me that his tits hurt…

To put it in context, we were talking about him being sore tomorrow from his workout in the gym today. ;)

General Updates

Tuesday, December 30th, 2003

Well now, it’s been a month on the Effexor XR and the change is amazing. I’m grateful not to have to play the find the right pill game and found it on the first try. I’m also grateful that it’s working beyond just what I’m seeing. Everyone is noticing and commenting to me about it. I know that it doesn’t seem like a big deal to you but even Jason’s mom noticed while she was here! Life is better, I can tell you that much! What I find intersting is that I’m starting to think I should get back into the Web Design business and I was really anti-business for a long time. I got burned out on it and really stressed but now we’re beginning to wonder if it wasn’t so much the business but my lack of ability to handle the pressure properly. I have this horrible habit of internalizing when I stress. So instead of letting others share the stress with me, I try to bear it all myself. That’s really unhealthy. Anyway, I just thought that I’d let all of you adoring fans (ha ha) know that I’m doing much better, feeling much better, and have a clearer outlook on everything! *mwah! Off to help someone with their photolog… See y’all on the flipside!
